IBM sells WebSphere and BEA sells WebLogic.
IBM uses the WebSphere name for many-many products, including the Application Server and Portal products, so it is helpful to specify
exactly which product you are interested in. There are 3rd WebSphere Portal products available to access RBDMS', including Teradata. Java
programs including WebServices are also available or can be easily built to access Teradata.
