Has anyone else tried using the UNIX version PREPASS for (MF)COBOL? I have had some strange error messages, it will not allow ':' host
variables for example and the word 'into' in a FETCH is not allowed!
In addition I have not been able to get a connection with the Teredata host for the prepass ... does anyone have an example of the -T
options. The book says you must have the TDPID (then it says you need the userid, password), but it does NOT tell you how to enter them
into the option! I assumed:
tpdid/uid,pw
No matter what I do I get a message that the logon is NULL
