After just having attended the e-business webinar, hosted by Teradata, I would think that access to DR's could be provided via web with areas of privacy, just like many e-tailers and other companies (that we all market to and tell our story to - something about the cobbler's children...).

On another note, though I have not found serious denials of information on the part of Teradata personnel, I have also found that they don't all have the same information or points of views, and that they, themselves, can't always get the information they need.

It's an evolution. It took years before they provided us with the Demo CD. They've come a long way.
