  Come on, Eric, Teradata doesn't even let us look at closed DRs! Many times I've been refered to a DR and can't see it because it's closed, the Teradata service rep has to get it and send the text to me.  


Does this mean that you can see open DRs? I can't even see my own DRs via Support Link - just call logs (which is worthless once a problem gets interesting and becomes a DR). I can see the status of a DR, but that's trite. Is there a way to actually see a DR?
