Hi All,

I want to place manually a utility lock on Database ,so that no other user can perform any Updates,Delete,Insert operation except me when I'm trying to setup the environment

Im basically looking the command similar to DB2 like

STOP DATABASE(db01) TABLESPACE(ts01)
START DATABASE(db01) TABLESPACE(ts01) utility mode

Can anyone please help me out here
