Sadly, as is often the case, not enough info was provided. But several people correctly inferred that this is a smalltable:largetable
situation (smalltable 217, largetable approx 360M - yes, it's a 72 amp system) but a product join would have resulted in a much larger
rowcount and we didn't get that. Looks like a merge join statisticly but a product join was the word used.
