Dear Santa,

I know that you're very busy right now and I don't mean to ask for so much, but I've put some thought into this and decided upon the 3 things that would brighten my life and the lives of the people around me the most:

1. A monitor that tells me at a glance why the system is hosed: which query is running badly, which blocker is at the root of all the blocks, what application is causing awt congestion, which disk is trying to fail and stopping the whole system, which node is short on memory and why... well you get the idea.

2. Software that's fully supported for 18 months. I like to wait until software has been GCA for 6 months before installing it so that it gets debugged in the field, but then I only have about 4 months for certified efixes and a few more months for uncertified efixes. It would be so nice to get to a stable release of software after fixing all the problems with it, and then just stay there while we go through our annual change freeze period.

3. Via Support Link, I would like to be able to view every line in my incidents, to be able to read my own DRs, and to prove that you really exist, the ability to search for and read other DRs that I'm interested in!

I understand that I'm probably asking for too much, but I've been very good this year.

Thank you,

Anomy
