Been annoying me for what seems like millions of years! In a similar vein how about truncation warnings to char columns for inserts in TD
mode?

No, I mean by session within a user for when multiple jobs are running under the same id, and also by step so that it's possible to see
the size of the spool built by each step within an explain report.
This would also act as a job progress tracker. I know tracking progress in this way can be done with V2R4.1 and the latest PMON, by
viewing the explain of running jobs, but not everyone has that available.
Also, how about naming the column on which spool files are to be re-distributed? Now that would be a major help.
Is that my wish list gone for 2003 also!?!?!?!
