Do you mean by vproc? That's available in DBC.DiskUsage.

First, FastLoad, FastExport, and MultiLoad are no longer going to be enhanced. They are being superseded by Teradata Warehouse Builder.
Second, I'm not sure how that would be possible; stdin is already reserved for the control statements. I guess you could add a "begin
data"..."end data" construct of some sort.
