1) "ARC for Dummies" manual with FAQ section to allow skipping the verbiage and actually restore a table successfully on the first try, in the same day the restore was requested.

2) The ability to "GRANT [permission] ON ALL [object_group] TO DBC;"

3) I really liked the idea about Teradata knowing that certain users cannot manage to submit optimized SQL and automatically rejecting their request, so I'll use my third wish to support that effort.
