Does anyone know a method by which you can calculate the number of tactical (single amp) queries a Teradata system could support?

I have been approached by one of our business partners to support the development of an application that would be accessed by 5000 users twice a month (when their commission statements are ready).

Assuming the worse case that all 5000 users tried to access their statement at the same time, how long would it take for all queries to be satisfied?
