Is anyone using the catalog feature on ARCMAIN? Is there a limit to the number of database/tables that the $ARC table, that gets created
during backup, can handle? I noticed that databasename and tablename are CASESPECIFIC. I am having trouble with an MVS restore that says
it cannot find the table very quickly on in the restore process. I can see the database/table in the $ARC table for this backup. I have
also tried the nocatalog option on the restore parm but it still acts like it is using the catalog. This is a two tape volume set and it
never seems to mount the second tape. Is anyone else having trouble?
