Hello,

I have to extract data from a table using input from two external files.

Is this doable via the .import command?

Input file one contains starting and ending dates in the form yyyymm. For whatever reason, the DBA who created the table did not make the datatype of the field I'm looking at a date, so I'm having to use between date x and date y instead of something like from date to date - 24 months.

The second input file will contain a list of 100 values we wish to extract data for. I'd prefer to build a temp table and join to it, but the politics of this particular environment seem to preclude that solution.
