Good ideas both of these. However, up to and including TTU7.0/V2R5 they haven't been implemented.
With TTU6.2 and higher, you do get some useful client-side information from lan submitted jobs, mainly program name and username. It
would be really nice if the same format was used, but not all information is relevant to all platforms (such as "group from security
product" which I think only makes sense in an IBM mainframe environment).
