Auditing the ETL process is what I'am looking for.

Let me explain the architecture

BizTalk server generates messages and puts them in MQ queues. These messages are parsed on the mainframe by a COBOL program and then these messages are written to MQ queues again (on Mainframe). TPUMP loads the messages from MQ to Teradata. In short BizTalk -> Mainframe -> Teradata. We have to Audit the entire path.
