We use PMON. It shows what users are active. IF there are processes blocking a user. In our version (5.0.0), you can pull up the SQL currently being executed (if the process is still active) by a given user. There is a lot of other information that it provides...this is just a part. We are running on Teradata RDBMS V2R4.1.1.
