In 1995 Lois Stark from Kansas City Power and Light put on a presentation at Partners using a Teradata DBC1012 as part of a 3-tier
client/server system. It was created in 1990 to record payment transactions from customers at various sites throughout the city. At the
time they were using Top End, Powerbuilder and MicroFocus Cobol. Response time was stated to be 2-5 seconds. Never heard anything
further.
