It is also worth noting that you can get a great deal of Teradata information/documentation from the NCR website
As for the books mentioned the (Tom) Coffing or (Brian) Marshall books (or both!) would be my best recommendation. While NCR
documentation is probably the most detailed, they tend to be a bit sparse on examples. The better third party books may not go into all the
details (such as every possible option for a particular command or something) but they tend to focus on the main things you will use and
usually have examples of common usage. Between these two sources, I find most of my informational needs are met....
