So, if I understand you right, an application that is dynamically processing call statements needs to make a "HELP PROCEDURE" call for
each new CALL statement it sees (If it doesn't know the parameters names or in/out info), and then re-write the SQL based on whether the
parameters are OUT parameters or not?
Doesn't this have a big performance impact? Isn't there any faster way?
