Depending on what you're attempting to do, you can use the SHOWLOCKS utility - see the Utilities Manual (Volume 2).

You might also consider using the Locking Logger Utility - also described in the Utilities Manual (Volume 2).

There is nothing in the Data Dictionary to indicate the presence of locks.
