Hi,

My task is to write dynamic DDL and DML.

The DML will populate some metadata tables for this external app to use.

For the DDL & DML I have to collect variables from a pre-populated table. Variables like

schema name
table name
primary key

this information I have collect and write dynamic DML and DDL depending on the values in the above variables.

to use variables and step through a table containing variables I just thought of a curser but any pointers would be great as I am not an sql gooroo!
