The trigger was designed to capture BTEQ DELETE TABLE statements into an audit table. We have no 'Block' processes that delete the table
and have no intention of having block deletes in the future on this table. The trigger activates normally upon delete row, so I've proven
that it works. However the manual says to drop or disable ALL triggers prior to multiloading.
