I suggest you utilise the DumpLockLog utility in Supervisor by starting the xdbw (Database Window Utilities) through Xwindows.

The DumpLockLog utility displays all sorts of locks - Read, Access, Write, Exclusive for any specific database or a table. It is a user friendly utility with many options and you can use the TRANS command through which you can find the current running transactions with locks being appplied.

Use of this Teradata client utility may be an option for your problem.
