The NCR customer where I am currently employeed is in the process of upgrading from MicroStrategy 6.x to 7.1. We are currently running
Teradata V2R4 (not 4.1 yet, but would like to upgrade soon) Has anyone had any experience with 7.1 and V2R4, or better yet 4.1? If 4.1, do
you use DBQM features to control the number of reports being run in parallel by the user, and how has that affected their ability to do
lookups while preparing to submit subsequent reports? We have used scheduling features of MSI 6.x middleware, but it is our understanding
that these features aren't available in 7.1, but should be again in 7.2. Any comments on that would also be appreciated.
