Not sure what you are using to obtain the data, but we graph a huge amount of data using the gdgraph module for cgi programs which are presented via Web.

Also the Teradata DBI module which can be purchased via Dean Arnold which we also utilize is a module to access data via cgi to avoid utilizing the ODBC. I think the future release of the DBI will have graph capabilities.
