Note: When executing (Create Table B as Table A with Data;') - Teradata will convert Table B to a Set table (even if Table A is a Multiset table - possibly disasterous.) If Table A is a Multiset table, the proper syntax is 'Create Multiset Table B as Table A with Data;'. I don't understand why Teradata would assume (as a default) that Table B shouldn't be the same type of table as Table A. Also, it would be nice if there was a way of initializing Stats as part of this function (i.e. 'Create Table B as Table A with Data with Stats;'). Does anybody know of an easy, atuomated work around for this? Thanks, Claybourne Barrineau
