Hi,

I am not a client developer so this may be wrong but the error message would idicate the PARSER is Position depedent.

The manual says FORMAT comes before MODE

EXPORT OUTFILE fileid FORMAT VARTEXT MODE RECORD;

your script has MODE before FORMAT.

EXPORT OUTFILE test_tb.dat MODE RECORD FORMAT VARTEXT

Switch them around and see if this works. If Not I suggest you open an Incident with the GSC to get this fixed.
