Yes it's possible, but typically unnecessary. If you read the 'Logoff' row, that contains both the Logon and the Logoff times.

The logoff row is the one where Event='Logoff'. In this row, the logon date/time is in columns LogonDate/LogonTime respectively and the logoff date/time is in columns LogDate/LogTime respectively.
