DR57432 covers this V2R4 specific problem, and we've been told it should be fixed soon. Doing a tpareset clears the transient journal and makes the problem go away.

BTW, we've seen it 14 times on 5 systems so far this year because we're methodical and run a checktable on DBC after every RDBMS software upgrade. Sigh. ;)
