The input file could have 2 records for the same PI but the 'STATUS' field could be set to different values ('P','I'). But the
requirements were for the table to reflect the data from the record which had 'P' in the STATUS field. So if the 'I' record was 1st in the
input file, am I guaranteed that the data from 'P' record is what will be in the table when the mload completes?
