Thanks all for your help. WINCLI32.DLL was missing altogether from my desktop at home as well as a new W2K laptop I'm using for testing purposes. Of course the file was present on my old work desktop.

Got the CLI connection to work now, but I have another question:

If I can only enter one node address in the TDP, does this not mean that I can only connect through that one node? Using the Teradata ODBC driver, I enter multiple node addresses.
