Jay,
I subscribe to your list to learn more about Teradata. I think my employer would not question the value of the time spent reading the
posts. I think it might cross over into a gray area if job offers or opportunities were posted in the list. It would be like me visiting
monster.com during work hours.
On the other hand, I would be interested in knowing what talent is available via the list. I have contacted people who make postings on
the list to see if they are available for consulting services. You have some regular contributors who seem to have a lot to offer.
Just sharing my two cents
