Jay,

At the moment I'm very ambivalent about jobs being advertised on this forum - maybe because I'm not looking for one ! - but I'm not convinced that it's a good idea. Maybe job adverts could be allowed for a trial period (3 months?) to see how it goes. Certainly if there were too many then I'd prefer to not allow any.
