Hi Jim,

Are you the same Jim LeBlanc that used to work for NCR and left to join IBM?

Not sure what you're looking for: you say you "need a coping strategy" and you say "So I need a few examples of real situations, within recent history, that gives us something to work with."

Are you architecting a solution and need assistance with defining a Backup/Recovery strategy, or evaluating Teradata for purchase and double checking the facts?
