There is a tool owned by EMC, and which is not actively being sold, but may be available if you press, called Terafile, which allows larger than 2 gig. files in NCR MPP-RAS. However, I believe that FastExport and BTEQ recognize the 2 gig. limit, even if you have the ability to support larger files in the NCR unix environment. Kinda kills the objective of exceeding 2 gig. if you still can't do what you need to do. You can, however, create load files larger than 2 gig. and the load utilities will operate on these files. Of course, every silver lined cloud has a dark side.
