One more little bit to answere the actual question I was asked-

(I apolagize for eating up inbox space)

We are running the gateway on MP-RAS 3.02, we have version 2.01.01.06 of the gateway.

Our clients are running a number of OSes, the most common being Win2K, using JDK1.1.8-1.3, using App Servers such as: Silverstream, Dynamo ATG, and Apache+Tomcat with the jar file from our gateway distro.

They are using a number of different web servers as well. Apache, Dynamo internal and Silverstream internal, as well as the Tomcat web server piece and Netscape and IIS (unsupported here).

I would be happy to se eif I can help with the Tomcat install offline, any mails you send to me would be fine, I'll run through them as I can and see what I can't figure out with you.

Thanks for your time, and I do apolagize to any who have more e-mail than they know what to do with, that includes me,

loadc
