Jay, I think your anonymous idea could help.

Many companies have policies that discourage postings to sites such as these for various reasons not limited to:

1. Use of the discussed products could be misconstrued as an implied endorsement (not intended).

2. Employees aren't supposed to be using their time to read or solve other people's problems.

3. This isn't support, it is buyer beware advice. (The range of answers is always interesting.)
