As a new member to this group (about 15 minutes old) here is my first post. I'm encouraged to see the exchange that is taking place here and should have joined a couple of years ago. Question, as I await a reply from NCR support: Installed TD ODBC 2.05 driver on UNIX Sun Solaris 2.6, attempting to connect to our production 4800 box. Made required changes to odbc.ini (added data source) and .profile (lib path). Then attempted using the adhoc script found in odbc/samples/C. I was hoping this would be a quick test of the operation of the driver. The result is a "Segmentation Fault". Running the adhoc script invokes input of a data source name (the one I added to the INI file), then the usual username and password. Anyone have any suggestions? Things I should check? Thanks in advance! Gary Brown
