Regarding use of Gateway Utility: I believe you will need root or sroot to execute the command /tgtw/bin/xgtwglobal -nw Question: why not use the GUI via /tgtw/bin/xgtwglobal &?? Of course this pre-supposes a familiarity with navigating through the 'buttons'. Another Question: why import the session numbers when you could kill sessions interactively, ie. real-time? Some session numbers in the export file may have logged off already, and new ones that you don't want in the system may be present at the time you invoke your Gateway Global script. In other words, using bteq export may be inefficient, requiring re-executions to get the session states to what you desire. Just a thought, Keith R.
