Unless you are allowing NULL password option, the "password expiration" function applies to all users. This is documented in the
"Teradata RDBMS Security Administration Guide, Ch2 ppg 2-5.... for R3 documentation. All DR's point to a R5 timeframe for individual
password expiration control. Other than that, the only entry is about BTEQ, using ANSI mode, does not correctly handle "expired password"
message, this was fixed in R3.00.03
