I was on the bleeding edge of software releases at a retailer in NW Arkansas and it was not fun. I would highly recommend you try to
avoid any major releases that end with a 0. Example V3R3.0.0, V4R4.0.0
It is much better to wait for the first maintenance release such as V2R4.0.1 and let other sites shake out the problems.
Also, it is good idea to ask your local NCR rep. (guy who supports your Teradata system) what he/she thinks as opposed to what sales and
marketing will tell you.
