I did not get your question about Teradata Site..?. Do you mean site as a Teradata facility at a company or website?.

Well to the point I understood, Users at the time of creation get their space from their parent. So the users could have space or no space depending on the criteria set at creation.

Both USER1 and USER2 can run same query at same time. Even if they belong to same parent also there will be no conflict until sufficient spool is there.
