You should be able to figure it using command

     ls /etc/opt/teradata/viewpoint

If you get a file distributed.cluster.properties then viewpoint is clustered and

     #cat /etc/opt/teradata/viewpoint/local.cluster.properties | grep "cluster.enabled"

The value should be true.
