Subj:   Re: Canary Queries - TO Analyze System response

From:   Sravan.Bodla

Hi Forum,

On a day during an hour, In VIEWPOINT my SYSTEM RESPONSE (CANARY RESPONSE) time shows quite bad (almost 50K mill sec - 50 seconds).

For example, On 28th March, 6PM to 7PM, Average Canary response time reached to 10K ms and the max hit was 50K ms.

But, when I look at the CPU BUSY from dbc.resusageSpma, during that particular hour, the cpu busy percentage was just 33% which is quite normal.

Also, when checked in CAPACITY HEAT MAP portal for various parameters like (PE cpu usage, system cpu usage, user cpu usage etc., ) I don't see anything abnormal during that hour. Verified the same form DBQL as well.

What could be the reason for BAD CANARY RESPONSE?

Your assistance on this would be highly appreciated.

Thanks,

Sravan
