Thanks for the quick reply Sandeep and Ravani,

Settings->Monitored
systems->System name->Data Collectors ->Lock info. Is already turned on.
And I set the lock threshold(Refresh rate) to 300 seconds.

But still it showing no data.

I have also tried granting exec procedure to viewpoint on LockLogShredder.

Let me know if Iam missing anything else
