Hi Raghu Maram,

The Lock Info collector uses the data written to the DBC.DBQLXMLLockTbl table to capture lock information. For which this need DBQL query logging must be enabled with the WITH LOCK option.

Please make sure the locking logger for userx is turned on and set the lock threshold to 5 cent seconds.

Thus in which the table dbc.dbqlxmllocktbl starts to populate and gets reflected the same in Lock viewer.
