TD 13 on Windows

One of my colleagues and I are SYSDBAs.

As he attempted to create a test TPT script using TPT Wizardz he couldn't go further when he clicked 'Finish'.

When I clicked 'Finish' I could to proceed a box that shows 'Job Name', 'Checkpoint Interval', 'Retry limit'...

But when he clicked 'Finish' he couldn't go further.

Why is this difference?

Is it because I am an administrator on my PC and he is not?
