Mike, I am on database release V2R.06.02.02.80.
I upgraded my TTU to version 13 (including ODBC, ICU, TeraGSS, CLI). The problem persists. I tried the procedure on my collegues' PCs then (TTU 7.2, ODBC 3.06.00.08 on both of them). On one PC, the prompt for new password works, on the other it does not. Is there any possibility that the problem is not in Teradata software, but rather on the PC (antivirus or something?). I will try to investigate further, but honestly, I don't know where to look.
