  But I d'ont khow how to update defenitely DBS control parameter in order not to modify the script in the future.  


Just forward the request to the DBA. They will evaluate it and if they approve it they can use DBA utilities for modifying this database parameter (BTEQ cannot be used in this case). They may need a database restart to make the new setting active - I do not remember whether it is really required in this particular case, it may be. Again, this is the type of activity better left in the hands of the DBA. The setting is global, it affect all loads, so developers and users should not attempt to modify the setting on their own.
