I've seen cases similar to yours. Also on this Forum there were a dew cases discussed but Teratada people seem to be in denial on them so not
much progress can be made. I guess they feel uncomfortable about their claim that the Teradata optimizer is the best in the industry when somebody
shows them a simple case like this. Going in denial is what they choose then, which is of course a pity.
